Dates and Deadlines

The academic year at Rusangu University is divided into three quarters for both Block Release Students (April, August and December) and full-time students (January, May and September). Prospective students can apply for admission into the University before the commencement of the abovementioned sessions. Once admitted, all students are expected to register on designated dates as scheduled on the University academic calendar provided by the Registrar’s office. Registration is the normal process of selecting, arranging and reserving the student’s academic schedule for each quarter or session in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Registrar.
