How to Apply

Applications can either be online or by downloading an
application form, completing it and sending it via email with all necessary attachments to admissions@ru.edu.zm or by mailing it through the post office or by bringing the form in person. All applicants must submit the following before their applications can be processed:
• The application form (online or physical) in which every item is fully completed
• Certified photocopies of secondary school certificates and/or other professional and academic qualifications
• Certified photocopies of transcript of results
• Two recent passport size photographs (2.5cm)
• Two personal recommendation letters, one to be completed by Head Teacher/Principal/or Supervisor (for workers) and the other to be completed by a church leader or any other person at leadership level
• Two certified copies of the passport or citizenship documents (non-Zambians) or copies of the green Zambian National Registration Card (Zambian applicants)
• A document of financial guarantee or sponsorship
• Proof of Payment of a non-refundable application fee into one of the designated University Bank Accounts (see Payment details under Admissions on the website);

1. Undergraduate applicants, K150 for Zambian citizens and $30 for International students
2. Graduate applicants, K200 for Zambian citizens and $50 for International students
3. PhD applicants, K800 for Zambian citizens and $50 for International students
